Dave advises privately-held businesses, financial sponsors, and majority and minority owners on a wide variety of issues ranging from business formation and raising capital to sale transactions and other exit strategies. In particular, his practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions involving privately held middle-market companies and private equity sponsors. At the same time, he routinely works with companies on day-to-day operational issues, such as commercial contract review, financing, corporate governance, and succession planning. Dave works with clients in a diverse range of industries, ranging from manufacturing/distribution to technology and healthcare, all of which are constantly evolving business environments in the Carolinas. Dave’s approach emphasizes practical and cost effective solutions that provide value to the client.
