Dave advises businesses and business owners on a wide variety of issues ranging from business formation and raising capital to sale transactions and other exit strategies. In particular, his practice includes representation of privately held middle-market companies in mergers and acquisitions. At the same time, he routinely works with companies on day-to-day operational issues, such as commercial contract review, financing, corporate governance, and succession planning. Dave works with clients in a diverse range of industries, ranging from manufacturing/distribution to technology and healthcare, all of which are constantly evolving business environments in the Carolinas.
