When litigation matters surface and the need to hire a lawyer arises, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. My goal is to streamline this process by providing thoughtful counsel and advice to clients which enables them to either negotiate a favorable result or obtain that result by having their day in court. I understand that litigation can be contentious and stressful, and one of my goals is to alleviate the burden and cost associated with the litigation experience, while working thoroughly yet efficiently for our clients to ensure we are on the path to realizing success in each case.
