Matt Gerber focuses his practice predominantly on commercial real estate, real estate finance and corporate law. He primarily represents real estate clients in the acquisition, disposition, leasing, developing and financing of commercial real estate. In this regard, Matt spends his time drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, and related documents. He began his career as a research analyst, representing clients in commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions. Matt also has experience litigating all phases of litigation, including negotiating settlements, taking depositions, writing briefs, and arguing at the entry and appellate levels.
