The most critical part of counseling and advising employers is understanding the needs of the business. I take the time to listen to my clients, understand their business goals, and develop constructive, solution-driven approaches to their issues. Because employment laws are constantly evolving, understanding my clients’ objectives allows me to develop meaningful and cost-effective measures that are tailored to their unique business.
