Dave Stevens
Dave has been a vital member of our Litigation Group, serving as a employment litigator and counselor. He advises employers on challenging HR matters, including employee discipline and terminations, disability accommodations, employee leave statutes, employment agreements, and other matters arising under state and federal law.
David Brennan
Licensed to practice in both North and South Carolina, David primarily represents local and regional corporate clients throughout these states in construction and real property disputes and complex business litigation matters. As a key member of our Litigation Group, he also represents general contractors, subcontractors, owners and suppliers in a wide range of construction matters.
Amy Rickers
With a focus on environmental law, Amy has the unique experience of practicing on both the regulatory and private sector sides of enforcement and compliance, and has been instrumental in Johnston Allison Hord’s growing environmental practice. In addition to her environmental practice, In addition to her environmentally focused practice, Amy is certified as a Superior Court Mediator through the North Carolina Dispute Resolution Commission.
