On Wednesday, May 21, 2025, Queens University hosted its 47th Estate Planning and Wealth Management Forum (formerly Estate Planners Day) in Charlotte, NC. The annual event brought together professionals in estate planning, fiduciary law, and wealth management for a day of continuing education, networking, and timely industry updates.
Johnston Allison Hord partner Nicki Engel participated in a featured panel titled “Navigating Elder Care: Guiding Your Clients with Confidence.” During the session, Nicki discussed strategies for helping clients navigate the complex financial, legal, and tax implications that often accompany aging and long-term care planning.
In addition to Nicki’s presentation, firm partner Kyle Agee served as a member of the conference’s steering committee. His involvement helped ensure a seamless and engaging experience for all attendees.
