William Fussy is a commercial real estate attorney who focuses his practice on assisting clients in transactional matters across several sectors including manufacturing, distribution, retail, renewable energy, among others. His experience includes reviewing transaction documents and complex contracts including asset, real estate and stock purchase agreements, credit agreements, and corporate governance documents.

Will graduated cum laude from Washington & Lee University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctorate. He began his legal career as a litigator at a Roanoke, Virginia firm before making the transition to commercial real estate law.
