Thomas Gardner is a distinguished trusts and estates attorney who focuses his practice on estate planning, estate administration, fiduciary litigation, and taxation matters. Beyond trusts and estates, his experience encompasses the formation of corporations, LLCs, and charitable entities. Thomas earned his Juris Doctor from the University of South Carolina School of Law, laying the foundation for his legal career. Further enhancing his skills, Thomas pursued a Master of Laws in Taxation from the Georgetown University Law Center.

Thomas’s early career began as a law clerk at the South Carolina House Judiciary Committee, where he gained invaluable insights into legislative processes. he then went on to serve as a trusts and estates attorney in Aiken, South Carolina prior to joining Johnston Allison Hord’s Trusts & Estates Practice Group.
