    Thomas Gardner Speaks at NCBA 2026 Basics of Will and Revocable Trust Drafting CLE

    Johnston Allison Hord attorney Thomas Gardner presented “Will Drafting: Tax Issues” at the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) 2026 Basics of Will and Revocable Trust Drafting CLE held February 11 in Cary, NC. His session covered how to plan for estate tax savings and marital and credit shelter trusts, followed by a discussion of the tax implications of fiduciary selection and powers. Other topics at the event included the basics of estate planning, non-tax issues related to will drafting, and revocable trust drafting.
