Johnston Allison Hord’s Response to COVID-19

To all JAH clients, friends and colleagues:

Like all of you, JAH, is doing its best to navigate the many challenges and uncertainties created by the COVID-19 virus. Certainly, JAH holds the health and well-being of our clients and employees as its highest priority. We want to assure you that JAH is prepared to continue our operations throughout this public health crisis and will continue to deliver the quality and responsive legal services you have come to expect from us.

We have established an internal task force which has been closely monitoring the changing landscape and planning for various contingencies. For the two week period beginning March 18, 2020, almost all JAH attorneys and staff will be working remotely from home. They will remain available to you by phone and email at their same numbers and addresses. It is our goal during this period to continue to be as responsive to your needs as always. At the end of this two week period we will consider whether to return to normal operations. Please check our website at www.jahlaw.com for the latest details.

We appreciate all of you and thank you for your trust in us as we face these historic challenges together. Together, we are confident that the JAH and larger Charlotte communities will emerge from these challenges stronger than ever.

    J. Darrell Shealy
    Managing Partner
