Kyle Agee presented “North Carolina Uniform Trust Code” at the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) Estate Planning & Probate Law Survey Course held on September 26. His presentation reviewed laws on trusts, including North Carolina Uniform Trust Code and related concepts.
