Katie D.B. Burchette
Katie joined the firm in 2019 and is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. She represents clients in matters concerning Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, North Carolina Wage and Hour Act, Title VII, Retaliatory Employment Discrimination Act, and National Labor Relations Act. Katie also has experience in trade secret litigation and the Unfair and Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
Kevin A. Marshall
Kevin joined the firm in 2017 and is a member of the Litigation Practice Group. He assists construction clients with lien claims and construction disputes, insurance coverage, construction defects, water intrusion issues, breach of contract issues, and has experience in business organization and licensing conflicts.
Sheldon M. Stokes
Sheldon joined the firm in 2017 and is a member of the Corporate & Nonprofit Practice Group. She represents clients in all areas of the business lifecycle, including formation, day-to-day operations, commercial contracts, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and dissolution and liquidation. In addition to her work with JAH, Sheldon serves on the Board of Directors and as the Chair of the Young Lawyers Advisory Board for Meritas Law Firms Worldwide.
