Nate Pierce
Nate joined Johnston Allison Hord in 2023 and is licensed in North Carolina and South Carolina. He represents clients in construction disputes, fiduciary matters, and complex business matters in both state and federal courts. Nate has held leadership positions in legal organizations, including serving as President of the York County Bar Association. He is also a member of the Gregory-Hayes American Inn of Court. Nate’s work has earned him recognition in legal publications including Super Lawyers®, Best Lawyers in America®, and Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite®.
Austin Walsh
Austin joined the firm’s Litigation Practice Group in 2023. He represents clients in construction litigation, complex business disputes, and insurance coverage matters in state and federal courts across North Carolina. Austin has held leadership positions in the legal industry, including serving on the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys Board of Directors, and in the Charlotte community as Treasurer of the Mecklenburg Area Catholic Schools’ Advisory Cabinet and President of the St. Thomas More Society. Austin has been recognized in legal publications including Super Lawyers® and Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite®.
