Outside of Work

Outside of the office, Tim stays active by hiking and weight lifting, with the goal of one day competing in a powerlifting meet. When he is not at the gym or on the trail, Tim enjoys spending time in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes, baking sourdough bread, and fermenting foods such as kombucha and Greek yogurt. Tim is also an avid guitarist who enjoys playing classical and jazz music, and among his biggest musical influences are Joe Pass, Django Reinhardt, and Heitor Villa-Lobos.

In an ever-changing and complicated real estate market, I strive to provide clients with practical, responsive, and detailed advice while helping them tackle the unique complexities that each real estate transaction presents. Whether it’s their first lease or their hundredth, my goal is to understand each client’s priorities and then provide solutions tailored to their particular needs. I believe clear communication, attention to detail, and foresight are essential to building strong client relationships and ensuring that each deal achieves their goals the first time around.
