Montana Reiser is a South Carolina litigator who represents clients in a variety of matters including contract disputes, construction litigation, employment litigation, and other commercial matters. Prior to joining Johnston Allison Hord, Montana served as an associate attorney in Columbia, South Carolina representing clients in complex construction and contractual matters. Montana graduated with her Juris Doctorate from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2022. During her time in law school, she worked as a law clerk for a boutique law firm, where she gained experience drafting legal documents, and researching local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
