Keith Rivenbark is a corporate attorney licensed in North and South Carolina. His practice focuses on representing closely held businesses and nonprofits in mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and transactional matters. His diverse legal experience in corporate law and civil litigation gives him a well-rounded skillset and allows him to provide comprehensive to his corporate clients.

Keith earned his Juris Doctorate from Campbell University School of Law. After graduation, he began his legal career as a litigator at a Charlotte, NC firm advising clients on business litigation, construction disputes, and transactional issues before joining Johnston Allison Hord’s Corporate Practice Group.
