Johnston Allison Hord is excited to announce that firm partner and Trusts and Estates Practice Group Chair Holly Norvell was recently sworn in as North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Section Chair at the section’s 47th annual conference at Kiawah Island, SC. As her first duty, Holly presented outgoing Chair Kemp Mosely with a token of appreciation for his service and awarded the section’s Distinguished Service Award to attorney Debra Foster. Holly then went on to moderate the final day of the program.
As Chair of the NCBA Estate Planning & Fiduciary Law Section, Holly will help guide the section’s work supporting attorneys across the state. Johnston Allison Hord is proud to be represented by Holly as a leader in the legal community.
