Johnston Allison Hord attorney Grace Hollingsworth has been selected to serve on the North Carolina Bar Association (NCBA) Construction Law Section Council. The council is made up of five members, and Grace will serve a three-year term.
As a council member, Grace will help oversee section subcommittees, continuing legal education (CLE) programs, and initiatives supporting construction attorneys across North Carolina. Prior to joining the council, Grace was an active member of the section’s CLE planning committee.
Grace’s appointment continues Johnston Allison Hord’s longstanding commitment to the NCBA Construction Law Section. Firm partners David Carson and Gary Welch have each previously served as Chair of the section.
