Front Desk Receptionist
The law firm of Johnston, Allison & Hord is seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist. This position requires an ability to manage the front-office operations of the firm with responsibilities to include: answering multiple phone lines, scheduling meetings, managing conference rooms, managing vendor deliveries, as well as other miscellaneous accounting and administrative duties.
The qualified candidate for this position will possess a professional demeanor, excellent verbal and writing skills, and strong organizational skills to maintain efficiencies in a fast-paced work environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 (Advanced Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel) is required.

Marketing/Business Development Director
Johnston, Allison & Hord is seeking a Marketing/Business Development Director. The primary focus of this position will be to plan, coordinate, and implement activities with respect to marketing, public relations, and client development. Must have excellent writing skills, experience in digital marketing and SEO strategy, proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), familiar with CRM systems (IntelliPad), experience in WordPress CMS, and possess working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator). Must be able to manage multiple projects while prioritizing work assignments. Law firm experience required.
