Commercial Real Estate Administrative Assistant
The law firm of Johnston, Allison & Hord is seeking an Administrative Assistant with 5+ years of experience in commercial real estate and transactional work. This includes all aspects of administrative duties, preparing legal documents, preparing commercial real estate closing binders/CDs, spreadsheets, handling incoming/outgoing faxes and mail, filing, importing electronic documents, document formatting, scanning documents, client billing and time entry/edit, opening new client/case files, performing thorough conflict checks, scheduling meetings and calendaring accordingly, reserving conference rooms, making travel arrangements, and submitting check requests/expense reports.
This position requires excellent organizational skills to maintain a high volume of documents, excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, accurate typing of 70+ wpm and proofreading skills, and the ability to handle several projects at one time and meet multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 2010 products to include Advanced Word, Outlook and Excel, PDF Software, DM, Workshare, and Juris preferred.
