Bill Zwicharowski is an experienced business lawyer, licensed in Delaware and North Carolina, who focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions, business transactions, and corporate governance. He has gained a wide range of corporate law experience including assisting clients in connection with direct and derivative merger challenges, expedited litigation matters, contract disputes, special committee advising, and books and records demands. Bill’s vast experience in corporate law and civil litigation has given him a well-rounded skill set to better serve his clients.
Prior to joining Johnston Allison Hord, Bill served as a corporate litigation associate for a Delaware law firm advising corporate clients in civil litigation matters with a concentration in Delaware Court of Chancery litigation. Bill earned his JD from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law, receiving the Herman J. Obert Award for the highest academic achievement in Business Organizations. During law school, Bill gained invaluable experience as an extern for the the Honorable Thomas L. Ambro of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and as a summer associate for law firms in Pennsylvania and Delaware.
