Tyler Charlton is a commercial real estate attorney who represents a variety of clients in financing transactions, acquisitions, sales, commercial leases, joint ventures, and other matters related to real estate advisory services. In his practice, Tyler regularly represents regional and national banks in real estate loan transactions secured by various asset types including office, retail and multifamily properties.
Prior to joining Johnston Allison Hord, Tyler earned his Juris Doctorate degree from Emory University School of Law in 2021. During his time in law school, he served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Cynthia Rufe at the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and as a judicial extern to Judge Elizabeth Gobeil of the Georgia Court of Appeals. After graduating from law school, Tyler served as a real estate associate for a firm in Charlotte, North Carolina. In this role, he gained valuable experience in the commercial real estate industry. Tyler’s education and experience prior to joining Johnston Allison Hord have prepared him well to represent his clients and achieve their goals.
