An effective advocate needs to know his audience. Having clerked for federal judges at the trial and appellate level, I have special insight into which arguments courts find persuasive and how to best position my clients to achieve a favorable outcome. I strive to provide my clients with candid, thoughtful, and straightforward advice, and I work hard to find creative and efficient solutions to my clients’ problems.
