Hiring a litigation attorney is something most business owners hope to never do. My goal is to make the process as seamless as possible if you have to make that call. With prior experience representing not only companies but also individuals, I know how important it is to remain objective in each situation while also being a zealous advocate for each and every client. One of the things that I enjoy most about what I do is learning the “ins and outs” of my clients’ businesses and making sure that we are advancing toward their goals. I always endeavor to discuss both the benefits and potential risks in each case so that my clients can make informed decisions, ultimately resulting in the best possible outcome.

Representing clients from around the U.S. on projects in North Carolina, Parker Moore has experience in construction and contractor disputes relating to North Carolina Department of Transportation Projects, wastewater treatment facilities, bridges, underground utilities, mass transit projects, student housing apartments, offices, hotels, other commercial construction projects, and residences. He also represents public and private companies when they are building additional facilities throughout the United States, including the review, revision, and negotiation of construction contracts on the front-end of a given project.
