I utilize my corporate and tax expertise to help my clients fulfill their goals in the most advantageous and tax efficient manner possible. That way, my clients' business divestiture transactions reward them for their years of hard work without leaving money on the table. I have also represented numerous clients before the IRS and NCDOR to effectively settle tax debts and resolve tax audits. I believe that my role as attorney is counselor as well as advocate and am always available to advise my clients on the best path forward, no matter the situation.
