Construction Practice Group
For more than half a century, construction law has been one of Johnston, Allison & Hord's core practice
areas. Clients include local, national and international contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, architects,
engineers, owners, developers and sureties.
Attorneys in our Construction Practice Group serve clients throughout the Southeast, but primarily in North
and South Carolina. They are experienced in construction arbitration, mediation and litigation. Our attorneys
have served on industry boards, authored textbooks on North Carolina construction and employment law, OSHA
regulations, and construction claims. They are recognized professionals in construction law, some of whom
have been recognized by their peers as "Elite" and the "Best in America." Our attorneys are also members
