2009 Legal Elite Selected
The firm is proud to announce that attorneys GREG AHLUM, BOB BURCHETTE, GARY WELCH and MIKE WILSON were named to Business North Carolina magazine's Legal Elite for 2009 in the category of Construction Law. MIKE WILSON was the top vote-getter in North Carolina for the category of Construction Law. As such, he now joins RAY FARRIS (2005 / Tax - Estate Planning) in the Legal Elite Hall of Fame. MIKE WILSON was also named in the category of Young Guns as one of the top attorneys Under 40 in North Carolina.
Each year Business North Carolina magazine mails ballots to active members of the State Bar living in North Carolina. Last year, 19,160 ballots were mailed out. The ballots ask: of the North Carolina lawyers whose work you have observed, whom are the best in their fields? Those named to the Legal Elite make up a little more than 3% of the state's lawyers.
