GARY WELCH was recently honored on January 18, 2007 by the NCBA for being a course planner of the award winning February 2005 NCBA CLE program entitled "You Understand Construction Law, But Do You Understand Construction?"

GARY WELCH is a past CLE chair of the Construction Law Section of the North Carolina Bar Association (“NCBA”). He was recently honored on January 18, 2007 by the NCBA for being a course planner of the award winning February 2005 NCBA CLE program entitled “You Understand Construction Law, But Do You Understand Construction?” The CLE program was chosen for a National Award of Oustanding Achievement in the Programs category by the Association for Continuing Legal Education.
