GREG AHLUM and MARTY WHITE recently presented a seminar at the headquarters of the Carolinas Associated General Contractors entitled "North Carolina Lien and Bond Law." The seminar provided the fundamentals of lien and bond laws, and attendees gained practical tips to help protect their companies' rights and financial health. Seminar attendees gained from the knowledge and experience of presenters who are leading construction law practitioners. The seminar was held on Thursday, January 18, 2007, in front of approximately thirty people.
