- Involved in industrial, highway and utility construction including dams, highways, bridges, wastewater treatment
facilities, tunnels and cogeneration in projects up to $300 million.
- Certified mediator facilitating over 150 disputes since 1986.
- Represent parties in real estate and development dispute, shareholder disputes, commercial/contract disputes,
and condemnation. (including issues involving title, zoning and plan approval).
