  • Represent general contractors, subcontractors, owners, sureties and insurers in wide range of construction disputes and issues. Projects include coliseums, stadiums, convention centers, high-rise offices, condos, shopping centers, hotels, schools and hospitals in projects up to $350 million.
  • Involved in industrial, highway and utility construction including dams, highways, bridges, wastewater treatment facilities, tunnels and cogeneration in projects up to $300 million.
  • Certified mediator facilitating over 150 disputes since 1986.
  • Represent parties in real estate and development dispute, shareholder disputes, commercial/contract disputes, and condemnation. (including issues involving title, zoning and plan approval).
