• Represents contractors, owners, subcontractors, suppliers and sureties in construction litigation, mediation and arbitration.
• Advises and represents contractors, owners, subcontractors, suppliers and sureties regarding licensing, bid protests, OSHA, contract negotiations, mechanics' liens, payment and performance bond claims, construction defects, mold claims, construction loan issues and claims and disputes.
• Serves as Mediator and Arbitrator of disputes and civil actions.
